Use of Smartphone Free Childhood name and/or logo in WhatsApp groups

Smartphone Free Childhood (“SFC”) agrees that individuals (“you”) may use the Smartphone Free Childhood name and/or logo (“SFC Brand”) for WhatsApp group names and/or WhatsApp group profile pictures on the limited basis set out below.
In the event you use the SFC Brand in your WhatsApp group name and/or WhatsApp group profile picture, for example, “Smartphone Free Childhood Canada”, you agree to the following:
— We may withdraw our permission for you to use the SFC Brand at any time for any reason including but not limited to non-compliance with these conditions.
— In the event we notify you that our permission is being withdrawn you agree to immediately remove any reference to the SFC Brand from any relevant WhatsApp group.
— The SFC Brand may only be used for WhatsApp groups set up to further the stated aims of SFC from time to time.
— You acknowledge that SFC owns the SFC Brand.
— Neither you nor your group will directly or indirectly do anything which weakens or damages the reputation of or is otherwise detrimental to the SFC movement.
— You will be responsible for full compliance with relevant law and regulations in your own country or jurisdiction.
—You and your group have no authority to act on behalf of SFC or to hold yourself out as acting on behalf of or endorsed by SFC.
— For the avoidance of doubt, you will not use the SFC Brand to create independent websites or social media channels outside of WhatsApp without express written permission from SFC*.
— For the avoidance of doubt, you will not use the SFC Brand to create merchandise or promotional materials without express written permission of SFC*.
— You acknowledge and agree that you and your group are fully independent, self-governing and self-organising.
— You will indemnify SFC against any loss arising out of your use of the SFC Brand including but not limited to non-compliance with these conditions.

These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim in arising out of them.
In the event you use the SFC Brand in your WhatsApp group name and/or WhatsApp group profile picture, for example, “Smartphone Free Childhood Canada”, you agree to the following:
