A good way to start a discussion in your school is to bring in an independent expert to give a talk about smartphones, social media, and digital wellbeing.

We don’t have all the answers, and the best strategies and tactics will be revealed as the movement grows. These guides are a work in progress, and we’ll be updating them as we learn more and the conversation develops.

Together we’re powerful
